Zoe was able to help us within 24 hours of our initial contact. This included a pre-phone call to take a
full history of our son and his various medical input, before deciding the best way forward for her
support. She was very professional and sensitive when dealing with us. She was able to adapt to the
lockdown situation and offered a range of options for consultation with our son. She was able to
“meet” with him via a remote platform and spoke with him at an appropriate level, discretely
assessing his speech without him feeling intimidated or uncomfortable. Afterwards, she provided
comprehensive feedback and a range of strategies with resources available to support these.
Overall, we are very happy with the service we received and feel that is has been effective and

We approached Zoe Hale because our teenage son was having difficulties with the pronunciation of certain words, particularly those containing a “th” and was losing his self confidence.
Zoe was very engaging and understanding and had many different approaches to assist our son. There were motivating games and word lists that he found particularly helpful. Zoe was always happy and cheerful, appealing to our sons requirements. She has helped give our son far more confidence, improved his pronunciation and guided him on ways to tackle difficult words.
